Vineyard
Montepulciano grapes trained on “cordone speronato”, pruned-spur cordon-trained, vines located on hilly terrain with good exposure at 200m a.s.l. and very low yield per hectare.
Winemaking
The grapes are carefully hand-selected, the fermentation of the must with skins occurs at a temperature of 22/24°C for 15/20 days in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
Partly aged in barrels and partly in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting notes
Impenetrable ruby red color. Intense bouquet of dried flowers, ripe fruit, black cherry jam, vanilla and toasted cocoa scents. The taste is smooth, warm, intense, velvety, moderately tannic and with an almond finish.

Montepulciano grapes trained on “cordone speronato”, pruned-spur cordon-trained, vines located on hilly terrain with good exposure at a 200m altitude
Winemaking
After a careful selection, the grapes are de-stemmed and gently pressed. During the fermentation process the must is left in contact with the skins, in stainless steel tanks for 10/15 days at a temperature between 25 and 28°C.
Ageing
Partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in oak barrels for at least four months, followed by ageing in bottle.
Tasting notes
Ruby red color with purple shades; intense bouquet of floral, fruity (black cherry) and slightly spicy scents. The taste is moderately tannic, full-bodied, balanced and with an almond finish.

Merlot grapes from medium-aged vineyards, trained with the Guyot system at a 250m altitude
Winemaking
The grapes are de-stemmed and gently pressed; the must and the skins are left in contact for
maceration at a temperature of 22/24°C for 15/16 days.
Ageing
In oak barrels for 6/8 months.
Tasting notes
Ruby red color with violet shades; intense bouquet of ripe red fruit, black cherry jam, and slightly spicy scents. The wine presents a great structure, the taste is soft, warm, and full-bodied.
Gradation 14,5 %vol
The name “Eure”, meaning “Gold” in the area dialect, refers to the high potential of the Vasto country; the fertility of the soil and the proximity to the Adriatic Sea both contribute to this wine rich aromatic and mineral taste.
Vineyard
Blend of Merlot, Sangiovese and Aglianico grapes from medium aged vineyards, trained with the Guyot system.
Winemaking
The grapes are gently de-stemmed and after 8-10 days of maceration are gently pressed. The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
Partly in french oak barrels for twelve months, and in stainless steel tanks afterwards. Ageing in bottle to follow.
Tasting notes
Bright red color; hints of ripe red fruit and slightly spicy scents in the bouquet. The taste is intense,
moderately tannic, and persistent.

Chardonnay grapes trained on “cordone speronato”, pruned-spur cordon-trained, vines located on hill country with good exposure at 300m altitude
Winemaking
The whole grapes undergo soft pressing; the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature between 13 and 16° C.
Ageing
In stainless steel tanks, followed by ageing in bottle.
Tasting notes
Deep straw yellow colour; intense bouquet of flowers, white fruit, and slightly spicy scents. The taste is silky, intense, and full-bodied with a light almond finish.

BIANCOLÈ ABRUZZO PECORINO 2015

Vineyard
Pecorino grapes trained in Guyot vines located at 250 m a.s.l. on calcareous soil; very low yield per hectare.
Winemaking
The grapes are gently pressed with the pneumatic press and the must is fermented at low temperature (10-12°C) in stainless steel tanks for 60-90 days.
Ageing
On the lees for about six months, then part is aged in barriques and in part in stainless steel tanks. Ageing in bottle follows.
Tasting notes
Vivid and crystal clear straw yellow color; white flowers and fresh fruits scents. The taste is
fresh and full-bodied.
